  • Shipping & Return Policy

    Rack85 is closed on weekends and all major holidays. All orders received on Friday after 12 pm, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

    Standard Shipping: All orders may take up to 3 Business days to be processed, picked, and packed before it is shipped. Please allow at least 5-7 Business days for your order to arrive.

    We currently provide free shipping for all purchases on RACK85.

    1. For purchases below $30, we offer free normal mailing. Note that this delivery option does not provide tracking, and RACK85 is not responsible for parcels lost during delivery. We will provide proof of parcel dropped upon request. For ease of mind, you may want to top up $4 for standard delivery with tracking.
    2. Purchases above $30 comes with free standard delivery (3-5 working days). Tracking number will be updated into your order once item is sent.

    If you do not require delivery, item(s) can be purchased and picked up from our office after you receive an order update email and SMS confirming that item is ready for pick up. We are located at

    Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sealed in the original packaging, once the seal has been broken we are unable to offer you an exchange.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as they would be unable to process the refunds.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or otherwise specified, within 7 working days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@rack85.com.sg.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    We only replace items if they are defective or not working. We only allow the exchange of items within 7 days from the date of receipt.

    If you need to exchange it for another item or colour, please send us an email at support@rack85.com.sg before coming to our office for the exchange.

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
